Positioning also known as "Branding" is the status of your enterprise in the minds of prospects.
Your market position is what motivates "choice before purchase" i.e., consumers choice of your products and services over your competitors.
Brand Marketing;
Testing "What's Working, What's Not". Brand marketing in phases will allow you to test the strengths and weaknesses of your marketing mix.

Oswald Cameron, a dentist opened his first office and started making house calls to service elderly patients. This community service proliferated his business to open a second office in record time.
Each phase should be designed to position the business to your target niche.
